Any IVR Platforms You’d Recommend for a Small Business?
I’m currently researching IVR systems that could help our small business handle incoming calls more efficiently. We’re not looking for anything overly complex, but we’d like a system that can automatically route calls to the right team member and maybe provide some basic call tracking.
Ease of setup is a big factor because we don’t have a dedicated IT team managing phone systems. If anyone has experience with an IVR platform that worked well in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.
