How can I properly cast my iPhone screen to a Chromecast device?
I’ve been trying to mirror my iPhone screen to a Chromecast, and I'm running into some confusion. It seems like iPhones don’t natively support full screen mirroring to Chromecast the way some other phones do. I tried casting a video from one of my apps and it worked, but I want to cast the entire screen—like everything I’m doing, not just videos from certain apps. I’ve seen some third-party apps but they seem clunky or limited. Has anyone found a solid and reliable way to cast the full iPhone display to Chromecast? I’d rather not jailbreak or do anything too complicated. Just wondering what’s actually working for people. I need a proper solution to cast iPhone screen to Chromecast guys, please help

I’ve played around with a bunch of those apps too, and while some do the trick, you definitely need to set your expectations depending on what you’re trying to do. If you're looking to stream a movie or video from an app, most of them support casting directly without screen mirroring. But when it comes to casting the home screen or apps that don’t support casting, yeah, third-party screen broadcasting apps are pretty much the only option. I use one that opens a browser link that my Chromecast can access and then starts a recording session on the iPhone. It’s not super elegant and there's a bit of latency like others have said, but for demos or showing something visually, it works. Just make sure to tweak your iPhone’s settings to allow screen recording and maybe restart everything the first time—you’d be surprised how often that clears up connection issues.
